Frequently asked questions
Does Platinum upload my recording?
No. Version 1.0 performs its processing on your device and does not upload source audio to Orion Biotech.
Why can a long render pause in the background on iPhone or iPad?
iOS decides when background processing time is available. Return to Platinum to continue if the system suspends a long job.
Where are my outputs?
On iPhone and iPad, outputs remain in Platinum's Documents area and can be shared to Files. On Mac, use Open Outputs or Reveal in Finder.
Which systems are supported?
Platinum 1.0 requires iOS or iPadOS 17 or later, or macOS 14 or later.
Is ML voice isolation included?
The standard first release includes classic on-device cleanup. Optional model-based separation is not included in the App Store package.
